Read below for further instructions on how to redeem Your 26-Week Reward:
You will have 14 days from the date you reach the milestone to choose whether to convert your reward into points or choose the Virgin Active Bag; in that case, the voucher relating to the Virgin Active Bag may be redeemed only at the reception of your home Club.
Eligibility requirements:
This reward is available exclusively to active Virgin Active Italia members who have reached the 26-week milestone and who have selected the bag as their reward within 14 days from the date the milestone was reached, as notified on the Virgin Active app (“Eligible Member”).
You can find the voucher in the "Rewards" section of your app, under "see all". Open it and show the QR code at your Club reception so that it can be scanned.
If the voucher is not redeemed within 30 days from the reward selection (bag), it will expire and can no longer be used.
This promotional voucher cannot be converted into cash or other items and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts at the food outlet, nor with other vouchers. This voucher is personal and non-transferable; we therefore ask you not to take any screenshots of it, nor to copy it in order to transfer it to others.
Virgin Active reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice.
Reward:
This voucher entitles you to collect one (1) limited-edition Virgin Active bag.
Delivery and collection:
At the time of collection, the member must present the in-app voucher for validation. If your Club is out of stock, you will be notified and may collect your bag at a later time (bags may take up to thirty (30) days to arrive at the Club).
Collection period:
If the bag is not collected within the validity period (i.e. within 30 days from reward selection in the app), you will no longer be able to collect the reward.
Please note that the reward corresponding to the voucher may be redeemed once only.
Any improper use of the voucher (for example, tampering, alteration or duplication) will render the voucher void. The voucher issuer shall not be liable for any direct/indirect loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the voucher.
Virgin Active reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
