You will have 14 days from the date you reach the milestone to choose whether to convert your reward into points or choose the Smoothie (or Energy bar, small espresso coffee or decaffeinated espresso, small Americano coffee or decaffeinated Americano, small cappuccino or decaffeinated cappuccino, small caffè latte or decaffeinated caffè latte, water or other products)
In that case, the voucher relating to the reward may be redeemed only at the V-cafe in your home Club.
You can find the voucher in the "Rewards" section of your app, under "see all".
Open it and present the QR code at the checkout so that it can be scanned. If the voucher is not redeemed within 14 days from reward selection, it will expire and can no longer be used. If you add more than one item to your purchase, the voucher will be applied to the lowest-priced item.
This voucher cannot be converted into cash or another item.
This promotional voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts at the food outlet, nor with other vouchers. This voucher is personal and non-transferable; we therefore ask you not to take any screenshots of it or copy it in order to transfer it to others. Virgin Active reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice.
Please note that: Only one voucher may be used at a time.
Any improper use of the voucher, including but not limited to tampering, alteration or duplication, will render the voucher void.
The voucher issuer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the voucher.
