You will have 14 days from the date you reach the milestone to choose whether to convert your reward into points or choose the Smoothie and therefore those available at the time of voucher use on the screen of the automatic vending machine (Mother) in your home Club only.
To use the voucher, go to the automatic vending machine (Mother), click on “Discount Codes” and a keypad will open where you can enter the code that appears in your voucher when you open it.
The voucher can be found in the “Rewards” section of your app, under “Active”. Enter the code and follow the on-screen instructions to continue and select one of the available items shown on the screen as redeemable. If you do not enter the voucher code at the beginning of the process, the discount will not be applied. Once the code has been entered into the automatic vending machine, it will be marked as "in use" and its use will be blocked on any other automatic vending machine. The availability of items or services in the automatic vending machine is subject to change without notice. The voucher does not guarantee the availability of any specific item.
If the voucher is not used within 14 days from reward selection, it will expire and can no longer be redeemed.
This voucher cannot be converted into cash or another item.
This promotional voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts at the food outlet, nor with other vouchers. This voucher is personal and non-transferable; we therefore ask you not to take any screenshots of it or copy it in order to transfer it to others. Virgin Active reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice.
Please note that: Only one voucher may be used at a time.
Any improper use of the voucher, including but not limited to tampering, alteration or duplication, will render the voucher void.
The voucher issuer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the voucher.
