IL RACCONTO DI

Roberto

Hi! Would you like to tell us something about yourself? Who are you, what do you like, what defines you?

Hi, I’m Roberto Passerini, I’m 38 years old and I’m half Milanese and half Sardinian. I really like my job, and I thrive on having a day packed with commitments and problems to solve; I always want to feel alive. What defines me is a tendency to always be positive, from when I wake up in the morning to when I go to bed at night. In short, I like living life at full speed.

And at work? What would a colleague who knows you well say about you?

I can’t know what they would say, but I can say the impression I want to leave on a colleague who knows me. Security, reliability and peace of mind at work; in short, they need to know that I am always there for them. Thinking that I am and can be a point of reference for colleagues is very rewarding for me.

Dreams and plans for your future career?

I have neither dreams nor plans for the future; I only have a strong awareness of the present, and I commit myself to handling it in the best possible way with my dedication and my qualities. I am certain, as in the past, that what is meant to come will come. I like discovering what happens and not planning it.

The best thing about your job?

The best thing about my job is being able to make decisions independently, constantly interact with my colleagues and solve the daily problems that arise. It gives me satisfaction to know and perceive the professional and personal respect that people may have for me.

3 strengths and 3 weaknesses?

Strengths: adaptability, tenacity, politeness.
Weaknesses: stubborn, sometimes impulsive, overly empathetic from a managerial perspective.
