I am a creative person who likes organizing themed family dinners, cooking for friends and, little by little, I'm working my way through a 12,000-piece puzzle which has been unfinished for quite some time!!!! But I will manage it…

My dearest colleague is far too polite to let any negative comments slip, so I think he might say: “Silvia? A colleague who is always available and ready to be a team player… a sincere friend you can rely on and a great listener!”
Dreams and plans for your future career?
A difficult question, especially given the particular and difficult time we are all experiencing; in any case, among the thousand facets of the legal profession, in-house counsel should always find the best solutions to the problems that arise along the way… the plan for the future is to work smarter and faster ;)
The best thing about your job?
The “best” thing (which is also what unsettles me the most…) is the “surprise effect”; let me explain better: my daily schedule is constantly being disrupted and is constantly evolving (even during the same day), and this forces us to optimize our time... something that is not always possible when you have a fifty-page contract to review… hahaha!
